My process starts with listening — to users, to feedback, and to what's actually breaking in a flow — before I open Figma. From there it's wireframes, interactive prototypes, and iteration based on real usability testing, not assumptions. I like designing for real complexity: platform navigation, landing pages, and everyday tools across web, iOS and Android.
